Cold and grind are both relatively weak, yet still enjoyable. Herbal/floral front that breathes softly out the jar with a sweet tang in the back. On the grind it evolves into a gassy-floral earth with sharp citrus — a nice tropical mix, even if you have to dig a little to find it.
Almost 1:1 from nose to joint (forward herbal with a small sweet citrus tang in the back, clean white ash). Strongly recommend the bong — it wakes up the sweetness and floral notes and makes the whole palate way more enjoyable. Joint stays earthier, bong brings the floral candy forward. High is soft, upper-body focused, hits almost instantly and lasts well.
Soft, upper-body focused, near-instant onset, and lasts well — best case is method-dependent (the bong note above), a minor caveat rather than a real flaw.
Solid tropical candy that shows exactly what the genetics promise once you hit it in a bong. Nose is the only real dip, but everything else — structure, cure, and effects — delivers.
Look & touch
Medium nugs; some dark purple on the peaks, mainly a nice dark-light green. Stems were a bit purple too. Pistils wrap and climb the somewhat dense calyxes. Air gaps are visible when held to the light, but the buds still hold their form nicely.
Cure is strong as usual with Elusive. Retention test is solid, bounces back and keeps shape even with the air gaps. Breaks off the stem cleanly under pressure.
